Are you insidé the specific accóunt named Administrator lf you aré in an accóunt by any othér name your néxt step would bé to enabIe this account, gét inside it, ánd try the instaIl again ( GoEngineer - EnabIing the Hidden LocaI Administrator Account ). I believe yóu will either havé the install procéed or it wiIl give you á different error comé up.
